Travis lead Fran Healy has shared an emotional tale of how he managed to make Oasis legend Liam Gallagher shed a tear.During the height of Oasis' success, whilst strolling by Gallagher's dressing room, Healy was encouraged to step inside.
Recounting this poignant moment from the nineties on Vernon Kays BBC Sounds show this week, Fran recounted: "Liam is like a God at this point.
It's peak Oasis. And, he's like 'sit down, there's a guitar, do a song.'".The Scots rocker, 51, continued with the story: "My hands are shaking and I get the guitar and start playing this song.
I hadn't played it to anyone, it was a brand new song called Luv. At the end of it, I looked up and tears were streaming down his face."The iconic group, which formed in 1991, scored eight number one singles including classics such as Don't Look Back In Anger and Some Might Say.
