Liam Gallagher
William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis in the 1990s and 2000s, and later fronted the rock band Beady Eye in the early 2010s, before beginning a solo career after the dissolution of both bands. One of the most recognisable figures in British music, he is noted for his outspoken and abrasive manner; penchant for wearing parkas; distinctive singing style, in which he elongates vowels; and signature stance on stage, which consists of him holding his arms behind his back and singing up into a downward-facing microphone.

Liam Gallagher has branded fans who criticised his performance before the Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois fight as 'imposters'.

The Oasis frontman took to the stage at Wembley ahead of the bout and ran through a medley of the band's hits, including Rock n' Roll Star, Supersonic, and Cigarettes & Alcohol.

It was Liam's first performance since he and his brother Noel announced Oasis's long-awaited reunion. The band will play five dates at Manchester's Heaton Park next summer as part of a huge comeback tour.

However, Liam's performance at Wembley last night saw some people taking to social media to voice their discontent, with some threatening to sell their tickets to the sold-out tour.
