He said: “I was absolutely buzzing because it’s been a long season for me, with the amount of time I was out injured. It’s great just to be back and to get on the score sheet as well.
I’m picking up where I left off.“I was out for about six months, came back and played one friendly, did my knee and was out for another five or six months.
I think it was 11-and-a-half months before I played my first game back.“It was a difficult time but I seem to have come through it now and hopefully I can kick on.
