The 29-year-old superstar’s latest episode of her podcast, Baby, this is Keke Palmer is out now, and Keke talks about the Ozempic controversy, her journey with her body postpartum and why she’s ready for more action roles, the beauty of Lizzo, and more.

Keep reading to see what she had to say… On being ready for more action roles post-baby: “I was 17 and I told you, I said, mom, I really have a dream of one day doing stuff like Will Smith – I want to be able to do comedy and action.

And I was like, ‘I got to get a trainer!’…and I started training and training and training. I was always putting so much pressure on myself and I feel like with Nope, I got a great opportunity to do some action stuff and I definitely had already obtained a pretty fit body.

But my frame has always been quite small, so it’s interesting after the baby to see all the extra stuff I have to work with and how much my fear of having extra weight actually became a strength as it pertained to weight training and working out…like it gave me so much more to work with and mold with.
