Katie McGlynn is currently showing a different side to her acting talents as Becky Quentin in Hollyoaks. She played sweet-natured machinist Sinead Tinker in Coronation Street from 2013 until Sinead's tragic death after battling cancer in 2019.

The Rochdale star shared a photo of herself with blonde hair from an old photo shoot, before she transformed into a brunette to play Becky.
And she kidded with a winking face emoji: "Debut album dropping soon." The snap did resemble an album cover as Katie, 28, looked thoughtfully off into the distance as she posed in a red-striped denim jacket and hotpants.
