Julia Bradbury has shared how getting fresh air has such a positive impact on her mental and physical health - detailing how she controls her hormones following her battle with breast cancer.
Appearing on Monday (26 August) morning's Lorraine with stand-in host Ranvir Singh, the Countryfile presenter said that she gets outside for a few minutes in the morning to reduce her cortisol levels and kickstart her hormones "Walking is my therapist, it's my best friend and it's my outdoor gym.
We, human beings, have evolved to be in nature. I think one of the biggest health mistakes we make in our lives every day is we don't spend enough time outside.
I'm not a natural morning person," explained Julia. But before she could finish her sentence, Ranvir interjected: "Hang on, she bounced in here taking videos with Amir, chatting away.
