John Cena and Scott Eastwood are hard at work on their upcoming movie Fast X, but local residents aren’t that happy about it.
The actors were spotted on the set of the upcoming Fast & Furious movie on Friday (August 26) in Los Angeles. Deadline is reporting that protestors have showed up on the set of the movie as they feel the movie is glorifying illegal street racing in their neighborhood. “It’s super, super, super dangerous,” one protestor said (via Deadline). “I mean, come on guys, it doesn’t take a smart person to figure out that if you lose control, you’re going to hit somebody or something.” Protestors were seen holding signs that said “Make communities safe, street racing kills.” Streets Are For Everyone executive director Damian Kevitt said, “I’m not saying we should get into a whole cancel culture on Fast and Furious, but what I am saying is that there needs to be some corporate responsibility by NBCUniversal and there needs to be responsibility by the city for addressing the illegal aspect of it.” Click through the gallery for more photos from set…
