ITV's Davina McCall says she channels Disney characters on Long Lost Family

As the host of ITV series since 2011, Davina compares her comforting style to that of much-loved Disney characters like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, providing long hugs to those she's aiding in finding lost family members.In a chat with The Sun's TV Mag, she said: "I know this is quite a weird thing to reference, but at the Disney parks, all the characters give very, very, very long hugs."She further explained her empathetic approach by adding, "That's because they're told not to let go first because you don't know how much somebody needs that hug."
