The actor took to Instagram to give an update.The Scottish star has not shied away from hard-hitting storylines, with his recent plot involving being stabbed by wife Charity Dingle.
She's struggling with the emotional trauma of killing Damon 'Harry' Harris, who was Mack's ex-girlfriend Chloe's dad.Charity, played by Emma Atkins, got caught up in a cycle of paranoia by sleeping with a knife next to her bed since she shot Harry in self-defence.
Mack went to check on her as she was having a nightmare and got stabbed. Inside ITV Emmerdale Scots actor Lawrence Robb's life including famous girlfriend Charity became almost paralysed at her wrongly stabbing Mack whilst believing it was Harry in front of her.
