Inside Love Island's Demi Jones’ £1.5k bootcamp with private chef
ok.co.ukAfter her stint on Love Island All Stars this winter, Demi Jones revealed the luxurious £1.5K bootcamp she embarked on with a private chef and bespoke fitness plan.The former fashion advisor provided a glimpse inside the 1st Class BootCamp at a farmhouse in Kent in a bid to be the "best version" of herself this year.
Taking to Instagram with a series of snaps from her stay, Demi wrote the caption: "Bootcamp check. Never in my life thought I would see the day." She added: "A massive thank you to the incredible @1stclassbootcamp team for being so friendly, educational and inspiring!
Continuing to start the year as the best version of myself." Demi, 25, posed in her black activewear as she beamed at the camera while giving a glimpse inside the swanky farmhouse.
She took a snap of the protein squares available for a snack and of the private head chef who cooked fresh fish and vegetables for one of their meals.
