Holly Willoughby was left in hysterics on Monday's This Morning as she attempted to recreate "death drop" splits. During the latest instalment, Holly, 41, spoke about co-star Alison Hammond's star-studded birthday party over the weekend, which Phillip Schofield was unable to attend due to his daughter Ruby also having a celebration at the same time.

Speaking about a dance group during the party, Holly said: "I've just remembered, there was one performance of the night, where there was a dance group there and they did what is known as, what I have just discovered as, the 'death drop'. "Where one leg goes up and bang you land in the splits.

I may have just tried to re-enact in the break..." To which Phillip added: "She just did it in the break, she did it in the break and ended up flat on the floor!" With Holly joking: "I might have slipped, I'm not going to practice with heels on!" This Morning then showed the hilarious moment as Holly explained: "I buckled under the weight, my knee went, quite an elegant fall.

I didn't show anything!" With Phillip joking: "You didn't show your knickers!" It comes as Holly shared a blurry snap at Alison's party on Saturday evening, joking that it "sums up the night".The post published on Holly's Instagram shows a blurry Holly, Alison and Dermot O'Leary. The stars can be seen posing for the camera with their arms around one another.
