The Countryfile host celebrated the milestone occasion last week and was flooded with messages at the time. After competing together in Strictly Come Dancing at the end of last year, Helen's co-star Hamza Yassin told her 'love you lots' as he shared a snap from behind the scenes of the show on his Instagram Story as he publically wished her a happy birthday.
Meanwhile, her professional dance partner Gorka Marquez, who announced on the same day that he had become a father-of-two after fiancee Gemma Atkinson gave birth to their son, was among those to wish her a happy birthday on Instagram.
