Fans have rushed to support Helen Flanagan after she admitted her 'struggle' during a hidden health battle. The former Coronation Street actress, who played Rosie Webster on the ITV soap, spoke out on her Instagram yesterday (October 10) to mark World Mental Health Day.
Helen, 33, who shares her children Matilda, eight, Delilah, five and Charlie, two with her ex-partner and footballer Scott Sinclair, shared a candid photo of herself breastfeeding her youngest son Charlie as she admitted to suffering from postnatal depression.
The mum-of-three took to her Instagram page to raise awareness of her mental health struggles as she opened up for the first time.
Helen admitted she 'struggled really badly' after giving birth to Charlie and also her eldest daughter Matilda, as she said she suffered from OCD and intrusive thoughts.
