The Duke of Sussex's controversial memoir Spare rocked the Royal Family with its many shocking claims - but it seems it could also land Prince Harry in hot water.

After writing in the book that he had used cocaine, marijuana and magic mushrooms in the past, questions were asked about whether Harry had declared this previous recreational drug use on his visa application when he relocated to the US.The Heritage Foundation, a Washington-based think tank, is in the process of suing the US government for access to Prince Harry’s immigration records, stating that it is ‘a case about whether the government provides special treatment for high profile celebrities’.

The foundation is referring to the paperwork the prince filed when he landed in the US on 14 March, 2020 as most people arriving in America must answer questions related to whether they have ever used recreational drugs.

This situation could prompt new worries for Prince Harry as former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond told OK!: "Harry must regret having been so frank about drugs in his book.
