A former gym disciple "was so hammered" he admitted "if I did it, I did it" after going on a alcohol-fuelled racist rampage where he threatened to shoot and stab a pub regular and rape the mothers and girlfriends of police.Samuel Tinker went on an hour-long drunken violence spree after consuming beer and Jack Daniels at his local before ending the evening in a prison cell, the MEN reports.The 32-year-old, who was drinking at the The Commercial in Mossley, Greater Manchester, was shown CCTV footage of his rampage after sobering up and confessed all to police.Tinker started his spree at the boozer where he turned on a regular, saying: “What the f**k are you looking at.

Staff at the store confronted him where Tinker then threatened them with a craft knife and said: “I am English - you’re a f*****g Iraqi, Iranian or Pakistani.''Cops were then called to the scene where Tinker branded one a "daft c**t", then told another, ''I'm gonna rape your mothers and girlfriends.'' Another officer was told: ''What you are looking at it Mr Abu Dhabi P**i?” whilst being processed at the police station.

He later admitted being a ''pathologically aggressive and racist bully boy'' when in drink.At Minshull Street Crown Court, Tinker, from Mossley, was caged for 30 months after he admitted attempted robbery, possession of a bladed article, a public order offence and two counts of causing racially aggravated alarm or distress.Miss Harriet Tighe, prosecuting, said: “At around 8pm on the 23rd of February, the defendant was drinking at The Commercial, in Mossley.
