So I'm like, 'How do you live with someone 24/7 and see them all the time?'" In an emotional turn, Gemma also revealed a tear-jerking moment from her daughter Mia's fifth birthday.
Despite the joyous celebrations, Mia's wish tugged at heartstrings. Gemma took to Instagram to express her feelings: "Thought I'd got through today cry free but Mia just told me in bed she's had a really good birthday but her best present ever would have been if Norman came home." Norman, their cherished dog, sadly passed away at the age of 12, leaving a void in the family.
