Friend group praised for excluding new mum who brought baby 'everywhere'

Friendships can be rocked as life changes and people move, marry or have children - especially if you're not all on the same page.

Of course, everyone has different life paths and desires, but changing lifestyles can fracture otherwise tight-knit bonds. Being the first person of your friend group to have kids can be tricky, and for one friend group, motherhood "changed the dynamic" completely.One woman shared how her friend took her 'fussy' newborn 'everywhere'.

The group initially tried to accommodate the new mum, but it meant they couldn't do the things they used to, like drinking alcohol, so the friends started hanging out without her.The woman took to Reddit, as reported by the Mirror, to ask if she had been in the wrong for leaving out her friend with a baby.She said: "One of my (F24) friends, Anna (F24) had a baby around six months back.

Our friend group is otherwise childless. All of us used to hang out a lot before the baby was born. Baby changed dynamics because Anna wanted to bring the baby everywhere with her and it's a baby. "We tried to plan things around baby to include Anna but it always ended up badly.
