Kilmarnock legend Kris Boyd says the Rugby Park players need to wake up and realise they're in a relegation fight.The former Killie and Rangers striker sympathises with Alex Dyer, who left the club on Saturday, but says the players need to do more ahead of their clash with Celtic tonight.Speaking to Sky Sports, Boyd said: "I'm not surprised [he's left] but I do feel sorry for Alex in a way."I think with Kilmarnock everything seems to be judged on Steve Clarke's level of success."Killie should be fighting for the top six and still have a chance to do that but when you look back at it, they had only 10 wins during Alex's time in charge."Boyd added: "He knows it's a results business."But I don't pinpoint Alex and think he's the main reason for.
