Wigan farmer Stuart Baldwin says he is targeted at least once a week by flytippers. And he finally lost his rag after turning up to his land in Haydock one day and finding more than 400 tyres abandoned in his livestock field.Much to the farmer's delight, the act was caught on CCTV and Stuart says he was able to track down the believed flytipper to his nearby home.Stuart, 56, gave the man a three-day deadline to clean up the tyres but when he failed to do anything, the farmer took matters into his own hands.Stuart piled all 421 tyres into a huge truck used by the family's recycling business, drove them to the alleged flytippers home, and - with the help of some keen staff - dumped them on his doorstep.
