Feral youths 'throw rocks' at cars and windows as Scots locals 'left scared'
dailyrecord.co.ukFeral youths have been seen throwing rocks at cars and flat windows in Edinburgh.A local in the Craigentinny area, who wishes to stay anonymous, has shared pictures which appear to show youths climbing on top of bike sheds and throwing rocks at cars.The resident said that they were upset by the scenes, which happened at around 8pm on Thursday, and he has called on the parents to take action.
He says that, when he challenged the young group, the youths responded by swearing and shouting at him.“It’s really quite upsetting,” the resident told Edinburgh Live. “These unsupervised children break our property that we all work really hard for.
Who would be responsible for damage if they break a windshield or a window of a flat? It’s quite scary actually, when I tried to speak to them about their behaviour I was shouted at and cursed at.“They have no authority in their lives and think they can just do whatever they want.
Are their parents really this unaware about this behaviour? From what I saw, they were climbing on the bike sheds and the wall behind it before throwing rocks at cars, and windows.
