‘Euphoria’ Star Hunter Schafer Arrested At Pro-Palestine Protest During Joe Biden’s ‘Late Night’ Appearance – Reports
deadline.comEuphoria star Hunter Schafer was arrested at a pro-Palestine protest on Monday during the taping of Joe Biden‘s Late Night With Seth Meyers appearance, according to reports.
According to Vulture, Schafer was one of 33 arrested whilst protesting for Palestinian rights with the Jewish Voice for Peace group on Monday.
Photos from the event show her wearing a shirt that calls for an immediate ceasefire and a Reuters image sees her being escorted out of 30 Rock by an NYPD officer with her hands restrained behind her back.
Biden’s Seth Meyers appearance was disrupted by the protestors. Yesterday at the Michigan Democratic Primary, thousands pushed for an “uncommitted vote” to send a message to the POTUS about Gaza, and the uncommitted share of the vote was at 14.2% with 28% in.
