Jacqueline Mary Osborne (née Jossa) (born 29 October 1992) is an English actress, known for portraying the role of Lauren Branning in the BBC soap opera EastEnders from 2010 to 2018, and winning the nineteenth series of the ITV series I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2019.

Many memorable faces made their way back to Walford to honour iconic character Dot but there was one face noticeably missing.
Fans commented on how Max Branning, played by actor Jake Wood, failed to make a comeback for the landmark episode. Max was Dot's step son following her marriage to his father, Jim.
Despite Max's no show, the Branning family was instead represented by his daughter Lauren, played by Jacqueline Jossa. Viewers were quick to call out Max's absence after he was 'snubbed' from the show.
