Danny Dyer looked worlds apart from his famous EastEnders character Mick Carter on the set of his new show. The actor was spotted for the first time filming for a brand new Disney+ show, set to air later this year.
EastEnders' Danny could be seen on set of a 16th century house in Gloucestershire filming for Rivals, an eight-part series also starring David Tennant, dressed in a smart navy suit, open collar white shirt and floppy wig as he left the grand house.
Rivals is an eight-part drama based on the novel of the same name by Jilly Cooper. David Tennant, also spotted on set, looked smart and swish in a suit and bowtie, also wearing a wig.
The iconic novel, published in 1988, is the second of 10 books in Cooper's Rutshire Chronicles, and follows the affluent elite society of the 1980s.The most recent novel in the series, Mount!, was published in 2016.
