East Kilbride football club formed off back of lockdown thriving thanks to kit deal

A kids’ football team launched off the back of the pandemic are celebrating after netting a kit sponsorship deal that means they can continue to thrive.Claremont 2015s was launched earlier this year by Paul Cleary and Darren Steel and more than 20 players involved.The club have been able to enjoy matches on Saturday mornings at Ravenscraig against sides from across Lanarkshire.And now they have received backing from East Kilbride Autocare and Mobile Tyre Fitting to help them hit top gear in the new year.Delighted coach Paul Cleary said: “Claremont 2015s was started this year as there was very little sports for this age group over the last year with the stop/start nature of the lockdowns.“I wanted to start this team as my son and other kids
