Monday night's (31 July) instalment from the cobbles saw the previously mild-mannered lawyer further expose his wife's infidelity in a dramatic and brutal twist.Tina O'Brien 's Sarah has been torn over who the father of her unborn child is, after embarking on an affair with Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) earlier this year.
Very recently, she lied to her husband - played by Sam Robertson - and said he was the dad after suffering a panic attack in court, but Adam has since rumbled the truth and chose to share it with her family in dramatic fashion.
On Friday, he asked the clinic for written confirmation of who the father is which led to Stephen Reig fiddling with the results to show Adam instead of the real dad, Damon.
Overjoyed - though fooled - Adam then went on to plan a surprise gender reveal party for his wife. At the little party, alongside Sarah’s mum Gail; Nan, Audrey; brother, David, and other friends and family members, a large box with a balloon inside sat in the centre of the table.
