Bus operator First Glasgow has announced a reduced timetable will come into operation next week to tackle the spread of coronavirus.
First Glasgow said changes will take place from Sunday, March 29 when services will begin operating to a broadly 'Sunday timetable level'.
There will be additional journeys added earlier in the morning to sustain services for those key workers and emergency service staff needing to make essential travel across the region.The bus operator is committed to continuing services wherever possible so that those who need to make essential journeys such as for food shopping or for those critical workers getting to their place of employment, can continue to do so.The announcement comes after Prime Minister Boris
