Concerns rise for missing Scots OAP, 77, as police launch appeal

Police are appealing for information in a bid to trace a missing OAP from Midlothian.Stuart Blaikie was last seen at around 7pm on Carlops Road in Penicuik, on August 27.The 77-year-old has been described as around five foot nine inches, of a stocky build with grey hair.

Stuart was last seen wearing a black jacket, a black rugby top, black trousers and leather shoes.
