Householders looking to seek help from Citizens Advice today may struggle to get the advice they need as the organisation has confirmed its website is currently down.

Citizens Advice confirmed on Twitter this morning (August 2) that part of their website is currently down but they are hoping to get it back up and running very soon.

They have not confirmed the reason for the fault but have previously stated that they are facing huge demand amid the cost of living and energy crisis.

Pages that give advice on what consumers can do if they are struggling to pay their energy bills are currently not loading, although the main homepage is still appearing.
