Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti reckons Celtic could have "done better" in the Champions League group stage ahead of their final matchday showdown with the Scottish champions.
Ange Postecoglou 's team are heading for Spain to face off against the European champions on Wednesday night with their hopes of progression in the competition already at an end, however four-time Champions League winner Ancelotti believes things could have been very different for Celtic in the group stage.
He admits the Hoops gave Real a fright on the opening day of the group stage inside the Celtic Park cauldron. He suggested Celtic could have kicked on from that display but states they can still be happy with their return to European football's big stage with two points picked up so far.
