dailyrecord.co.ukCovid outbreak was filmed doing a striptease at a boozy lockdown party.Billy Fowler and four other staff members are now under investigation by Scottish Borders Council after footage of the gathering emerged online.The care home where the five work, Saltgreens in Eyemouth, Berwickshire, has lost eight residents to the virus while another 16 residents and staff have tested positive.The party took place in September when Government guidance stated up to six people from only two households could gather inside or outside socially.In the video, Fowler can be seen dancing suggestively for the camera as the other partygoers sit around the living room.A source at the care home said staff members were disgusted by the boss’s antics while the home.
