The interactive dining experience opened in Prestwich earlier this year with the promise of 'top scran' but 's**** service'.
One customer who did not get the memo was Barbara from Blackburn, Lancashire, who visited the restaurant with her daughter Jo Billington-Game on Sunday afternoon (October 16).
In a TikTok video, which has been viewed more than 14 million times, Barbara is visibly gobsmacked when the restaurant host greets her by saying: "What d'you want grandma".
