One expert spoke with Express. co. uk about what foods to avoid. Clinical dietician, former Team GB bodybuilder and ambassador for Factory Weights, Chris Smith, said: "At the core, it's things like trans fats and frying things in vegetable oils that make those foods so bad for your blood flow.
