BAKE Off winner Candice Brown has revealed how she was rushed to hospital unable to breathe after a severe asthma attack. The scare meant she had to pull out of an appearance at a food festival.

Candice, 36, reassured fans she was OK after being given steroids and checked over. She was due to appear at chef Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park festival in Warwick but instead posted on Instagram: “My body clearly started fighting a cold and cough in a weird, s**t way and gave me a massive, prolonged asthma attack. “I’ve been pumped full of steroids.
