Liam James Payne (born 29 August 1993) is an English singer and songwriter.
He rose to fame as a member of the boy band One Direction.
Payne made his debut as a singer when he auditioned for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. After being eliminated as a solo performer, he auditioned again in 2010 and was put into a group with four other contestants to form One Direction

It is 37 years since the release of the first of the blockbuster Back To The Future - which spawned two sequels. Michael, 61, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 1991, took to the stage to enormous applause first - pausing to play air guitar in honour of Marty's moves from the first movie.
But the cheering really raised the roof when he was joined by Christopher, 83, onstage at the Comic Con festival. The pair shared an emotional moment that left many viewers in tears as they hugged in front of an audience of fans.
