Monklands residents are wanted to join a “virtual audience” for the new series of BBC Scotland current affairs programme Debate Night.The programme is launching its new series next week, with questions being posted to studio guests via video link by members of the public staying safe at home during lockdown restrictions for the coronavirus pandemic.With the show ordinarily broadcasting from a different part of Scotland each week, the new format sees the second episode, airing on Wednesday, May 6, centring around questions from audience members based in Glasgow and surrounding areas, including Airdrie and Coatbridge.Its presenter, Stephen Jardine, said: “Debate Night is the only place where people are regularly able to put their questions
