Warner Bros. Studios has moved Wonder Woman 1984 back on its release schedule. The movie, which stars Gal Gadot and is directed by Patty Jenkins, will now be released in October instead of August, THR says.
The flick was first moved to the end of August due to the pandemic. The movie will center on Wonder Woman (Gadot), who squares off against the Cheetah, a villainess who possesses superhuman strength and agility.
The news comes just after the studio announced it would be rescheduling Tenet for a release on July 31, which was Wonder Woman 1984‘s original release date.
Just recently, Patty opened up about how the franchise will welcome back Chris Pine‘s Steve Trevor, who perished in the first movie.
