Woman living in Salford apartment block slams monthly service charges

A woman living in a Salford apartment block has slammed her property management company's service charges, describing the state of the complex as "appalling".

Last week, Contour Property Services said they would review their charges, due to certain services being reduced during the coronavirus lockdown.

Hilary Ducker, who lives in Canterbury Gardens, Eccles, has also come forward as she believes she is not getting adequate value for money.

She said: "Contour have put the service charge up a few times in the last few years and have just increased it to £127.71 per month.
