Wes Brown says a Champions League injury is the only regret of his Manchester United career. Defender Brown came through the youth ranks at Old Trafford and ended up making more than 350 appearances for United, scoring five goals.
He won five Premier League titles, a pair each of FA Cups and League Cups, as well as two Champions League crowns. He remains one of only a handful of United players to have won the European Cup twice with the club, along with Gary Neville, Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs.
Manchester-born Brown departed United in the summer of 2011 and made the move to Sunderland. After five seasons on Wearside, he spent a campaign with Blackburn Rovers in the Championship, before playing for Indian Super League side Kerala Blasters and hanging up his boots in 2018. The hosts won 1-0 in the first leg, before United made it through to the group stage with a 5-0 triumph back at Old Trafford.
