Glastonbury 2024, The Streets paid homage to fellow iconic Birmingham band, Black Sabbath – watch footage below.During their Saturday (June 29) set on the Other Stage, the band blended the ominous sounds of metal classic ‘Iron Man’ with lyrics from their ‘Original Pirate Material’ track ‘Has It Come To This’.Skinner was playfully interacting with the crowd as riffs played out, chucking up devil horns and headbanging and they transitioned into an explosive rendition of ‘Fit But You Know It’.Throughout the performance, Skinner was joking with the audience and joining them in the crowd, with many fans then taking to social media to declare their set was a highlight of the weekend.Master Peace, who Skinner brought out for ‘Wrong Answers Only’ was among those reacting online, taking to X/Twitter to say: “Played Glastonbury yesterday, with the streets, what a time to be alive …”Other fans commented that the band were: “Utter chaos, utter class,” and “the highlight of Glastonbury so far”.
