TRNSMT revellers wear extra layers as stars get dolled up behind the scenes on day two

While revellers were wearing bucket hats and some extra layers, day two of TRNSMT began with Natasha Bedingfield getting her hair done backstage at Glasgow Green.The Unwritten star, who is playing the main stage today, ensured she dashed straight off to get a blow dry at the pop up salon hosted by Rainbow Room at the packed fest.She also bumped into Scots singer Ili, aka Emily Middlemas, who also enjoyed a spruce up backstage ahead for her bright orange locks of her appearance on the Riverside Stage.Also backstage for another day at the fest was Line of Duty’s Martin Compston who joked he might stay off the stage today - following his leap on the King Tut’s stage to introduce his pal Example yesterday.Martin tucked into some macaroni cheese which was just one of the delights on offer to VIP guests.There might have been some cloud in the sky, and the temperature definitely had a slight chill to it, but the rain stayed off and revellers were treated to a cool breeze as they prepared for festivities with the main attraction - Gerry Cinnamon.Example had already given us a taste of the Scottish star’s tunes when he played She’s A Belter on the King Tut’s stage yesterday and the crowd couldn’t wait to hear more.Doc Martin boots were the order of the day despite on site first aiders revealing that they had to attend to many blisters through people not breaking them in properly.Following Liam Gallagher‘s stellar performance the previous night, the crowd were up for more partying and couldn’t wait to be Rick Rolled by Rick Astley who undoubtedly ensured his quiff was also well styled for the occasion.The Irish took over from the start of the day with New Dad kicking off the main stage while The Mary Wallopers also brought a brand
