Tributes pour in for former councillor and Lanarkshire 'legend' Andy McGowan

Tributes have been paid to popular Cambuslang man and former councillor Andy McGowan. .Mt McGowan died aged 87 in Hairmyres Hospital on Thursday, March 17.He was well known for his work within the local community over many years.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
