Scott was performing at the Houston, Texas festival in November when a crowd surge resulted in the deaths of ten people in the packed outdoor area and left hundreds more with injuries.
Now, a source confirmed to Fox News Digital that the rapper is working with the United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) to put together a team to find vulnerabilities and subsequent solutions to how concerts are held across the country.
Scott is using his position in the industry to bring together key stakeholders from government, public safety, emergency response, health.
