THE Chase fans were so impressed with a player tonight that they called for him to be offered a JOB on the show. Viewers called for the contestant to become the show's new Chaser after he banked £11,000 in the cash builder round.

They said Bradley Walsh should hire John after he made The Beast Mark Labbett squirm during a tricky round. The 56-year-old electrical engineer from Kent was offered 50,000 but decided to take the middle offer in order to get back to his team for the final chase.
