A mum-of-three was discharged from hospital with "flu" the day before she suffered an unsurvivable heart attack as healthcare professionals missed their third opportunity to investigate red flags for meningitis, an inquest has heard.

Joanne Charlton, 48, was struck down with severe pain in her neck, head, and upper back that left her screaming in agony on several occasions in January 2019.
