Top Gear viewers demand BBC axe show as they rip into ‘unwatchable’ series premiere

FANS of Top Gear were left complaining as the show was back on screens last night. The BBC One motoring programme returned for another outing with Paddy McGuiness back alongside Freddie Flintoff and Chris Harris for the brand new series.

The new series got underway as the trio found themselves in Thailand going across the country in a variety of pick-up trucks.

The lads revealed Thailand was obsessed with pick-ups and they wanted to discover for themselves just why everyone loved such vehicles.

However, the opener did not impress some viewers with many feeling the show to be outdated and 're-hashing' old formulas and stories.
