The Chase has been a firm favourite on British television screens ever since it started airing on ITV in 2009.It hosted by Bradley Walsh and features a team of four contestants who compete against a professional quizzer known as the "Chaser".And one of the toughest opponents they can meat is Mark Labbett, who is also known as 'The Beast'.
Many assumed Mark got this nickname because of his formidable quizzing talents and imposing stature.But contrary to popular belief, it's actually all to do with the 59-year-old's surname.
