manchestereveningnews.co.ukA teenager has been hit with a £60 fine for parking too long in a cinema car park to watch a new Marvel film. Eliska Opiolova, 19, breached the three-hour limit after visiting Blackpool's Odeon cinema to see Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.
The film lasts two hours and twelve minutes, not taking into account time to buy tickets and the trailers. Eliska, who is a bartender and also studies equine care, didn't think twice about using the free parking, saying every time she has been to the cinema before, she has always parked for free.
