A mum who used a restaurant car park for 'five minutes' whilst she nipped into a shop has branded a £160 parking fine as 'unfair.' The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, claims she parked in a car park owned by the Forts of India restaurant in Whitefield whilst it was closed - as there was nowhere else to park.
After refusing to pay the initial fine, she has now received a letter from a company named Debt Recovery Plus, informing her she owns the restaurant £160.
