Manchester City’s chances of retaining the Champions League this season have been rated with Pep Guardiola’s side the most likely to win the competition, according to a Supercomputer simulation.
City booked their place in the quarter-finals last week by overcoming FC Copenhagen 6-2 on aggregate. Goals from Manuel Akanji, Julian Alvarez, and Erling Haaland gave them a 3-1 win in the second leg at the Etihad Stadium, a repeat of the same result in the away leg.
That win booked their place in Friday morning’s draw for both the quarter-final and the semi-final of the competition, where they were drawn out alongside Real Madrid.
The first leg will take place at the Bernabeu on Tuesday 9 April with the second leg just over a week later.
