Oti amazed Christmas shoppers as she started off as an unsuspecting barista before being joined by undercover security guards, grotto elves, shopping assistants and cleaners.
The dancers pulled away Oti’s uniform to reveal a beautiful dress beneath and the festive spectacle began.
